This policy applies to all retail customers and distributors purchasing surgical electrodes, hospital textiles, surgical instruments, and skin products from Standard Corporation through online or physical sales channels.
All online purchases are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of a verified quality defect confirmed by the Company’s Quality Control Team.
Products purchased from physical outlets may be returned or exchanged within three (3) days from the purchase date, provided:
Distributors may return products solely on the basis of a verified quality defect. The Company reserves the right to inspect and test any returned product before approval.
Standard Corporation reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
